These saws are specifically designed and engineered to efficiently clean out, rout, and repair cracks and other imperfections within concrete surfaces. Using a combination of our services, including, but not limited to, laser cutting, CNC turning and milling, welding, and powder coating, we were able to fabricate top-quality crack chasers that met all customer supplied specifications.
Upholding a (+/-) .03 inch precision tolerance on all fabricated parts, we employed our Amada laser and Finn-Power Turret to cut the shape of each sheet metal and plate part. We used our Finn-Power CNC press brake to bend each part with in .030" so that each component matched precise customer supplied size dimensions. Each crack chaser measured 27 inches wide by 64 inches long and 46 inches tall.
After general construction was complete, we then applied our CNC turning center to machine all shafts and bushings to within a maximum of (+/-) .005 inch precision tolerance; afterwards we employed our CNC Machining Centers to mill key seats in the shafts. Saws and tube benders were used to process tubing into handles and machine guards. After final welding and assembly of all components were completed, our qualified technicians finished the production process by painting the surface of each unit with a durable powder coat.
By performing a variety of in-house testing during the production process, we were able to ensure that every unit was manufactured properly to meet all client requirements. Each crack chaser possessed precision depth control and was serialized for better traceability. By combining a variety of our advanced machining operations, we were able to manufacture, engineer, and deliver ten, high-quality crack chasers for the concrete industry that met precise client specifications within a short, four week lead time. |
